「Great place to stay close to Main Street of Harndofe」

「The Reisen is a lovely place to stay in Hahndorf. Great for walking and exploring the town. Only negative is paying for a balcony room to be only looking at a tin roof. Not what the photos show」

「only wifi is poor but I like the environment and very comfort place to relax. 5 mins walking distance to supermarket so can buy all the food for self cooking easily」

「Perfect location and room for our family at a fantastic price point. Big comfy beds and TV. Separate room for kids. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Chelsea in particular helped us get back into our room having been locked out after hours. Walls, carpets need a refresh and shower head needs replacing as it comes out in 2 or 3 thin high pressure jets. But as mentioned, not too much to complain about given the location and price.」

「Off grid cabin / eco tiny home in a scenic area in the hills above Hahndorf. The property had 8 cabins which were really well spaced out giving a feeling of privacy and the area had many birds and kangaroos. Well laid out cabin with thoughtful additions from the host such as kindle/firefighter and matches for the koonara. A lovely stay, highly recommend.」

「Even though hotel claimed that there’re free car park, yet it’s very hard to get a slot as it’s always full. Linen are very old and dirty. Location is good. 」

「十月份澳洲是春天，葡萄藤才刚刚发芽，相信秋天葡萄丰收的季节景色会更好。环境不错，由于位置较偏，房东准备了很多食物，很不错。唯一不足就是六人入住的套房只有一个卫生间，洗漱排队很不方便，另外，卫生间的水池堵了，水流不下去了，该修理修理了。」

「The room was surprisingly large with a spa bath included. Easy check in and check out process and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here as we found it very quiet.」

「Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The only downside was the lighting in our room. It was complicated trying to have individual lighting set up. For example when we wanted to turn bedside lamps off, all the lights went out!」

「Check in was disappointing. Was told numerous times checking was at 3pm , which I knew. Reception didnt offer to hold 1 suitcase whilst we had lunch & waited for check in. Reception told us there was no 'shuttle' from resort to park. Was requested to show reception where it mentions shuttle bus on website. I found this extremely rude & condescending. I found proof & showed reception. I didnt receive an apology. I was fortunate enough to be able check in before 3pm.」
