Great location - close to the main shopping arcade. Rooms were clean and decent size. Staff were great. The public onsen was nice but smaller for the size of the hotel. Located is great, rooms are clean and nice size.. But rooms are loud.. if anyone is above you, you can hear them distinctly. Had to call down multiple times.. kids jumping, stomping.. it echoed loudly.. during the day was fine but by night it was annoying..
