Nothing much to do in Tolo itself, but a short drive from beautiful nafplio. Only complaint was that our lock was a bit dodgy, but it was still usable

Superbe hôtel les pieds dans l’eau et site magnifi

Tout simplement extraordinaire… chambre avec grand balcon face à la mer. Vue magnifique sur belle baie face à Ile. Belle plage à côté Salle du petit-déjeuner avec baies vitrées ouvertes sur la mer. Paradisiaque et romantique quand la lune se reflète sur les flots. Hôte aux petits soins, polyglotte, maîtrisant notamment le français. Un inoubliable séjour !!

Très bel hôtel, directement sur la mer. La chambre avec vue sur mer est magique. Petit déjeuner très bon dans une salle au bord de l'eau également. Nombreux commerces et restaurants directement aux alentours, accessibles à pieds. Personnel à l'accueil très sympathique.

Smoked Out

Our seaside room was wonderful, and the breakfast was great. There is sea access with a very narrow sandy beach. The problem was that the hotel allows smoking on the balconies, but not in the rooms. We are not smokers and experienced constant smoke coming in on our balcony and into our room if we had the door open, including all through the night. As a result, we could not sit on our balcony or have the balcony door open to allow the sea breeze and sounds in. This was very disappointing, because this was why we chose to stay at hotel Tolo. So if you are a smoker, this hotel may be perfect for you, but if you are not, we advise that this is not a good hotel to stay at.

Good balcony overlooking the sea

Good value hotel on the (narrow) sandy beach. Wonderful views of the whole bay from the balcony. Easy to walk all along the main street for shops, supermarkets, tavernas. Nice relaxed seaside atmosphere.

Le bon endroit pour les vacances

L’hotel Tolo est situé au bord de la plage ce qui est très agréable quand on se réveil le matin et que l’on a une vue sur la mer. Le gérant de l’hotel est très professionnel et c’est une excellente personne souriante et vivante, qui n’hesitera pas à vous aider si vous avez besoin. C’est concrètement un établissement où il fait bon vivre avec des personnes de tout âges et des 4 coins du monde où le sourire et l’entraide sont au rendez vous. Un tout petit peu bruyant le matin avec des gens qui parlent très tôt dans les couloirs, mais rien de grave on est en vacances :) et le petit déjeuner en vaut vraiment la peine, car il est excellent (buffet). Je dirais que les axes d’améliorations sont : - le wifi qui émet un bon signal, mais pourrait être meilleur. - la douche l’eau coule vite sur le sol

Groot hotel met prima en vriendelijke service.

Mooi en groot hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel en goede service. Goed en rustig gelegen. Ruime, comfortabele kamers. Prima ontbijtbuffet, in mooi restaurant met zicht op zee.

Room with a seaview

The outlook over the sea was even better than imagined, although we booked this particular hotel because of the stated seaview. Sleeping with the window open and hearing the waves roll in to shore was amazingly relaxing. We have never seen a hotel lobby with a more beautiful seaview.

Vue magnifique et accueil chaleureux

Dès l'arrivée on est saisi par la vue splendide sur le golfe de l'Argolide. Il faut prendre une chambre "sea view" évidemment. C'est un hôtel familial, simple mais très bien tenu. Enorme point positif, l'accueil très chaleureux de la part des gérants qui parlent français couramment. Au cours du séjour nous avons vraiment sympathisé, et cela restera un vrai souvenir. Le reste du personnel parle très bien anglais et se met aux petits soins. Beaucoup de petites attentions qui font toute la différence. Détails pratiques : Très bonne wifi près de la réception. Coffre-fort gratuit. Frigo dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner continental. PMR : deux marches à l'entrée (comme souvent en Grèce, mais nul doute qu'on vous aidera si besoin) sinon tout l'établissement est accessible. Ascenseur. Nous recommandons aussi chaudement que nous avons été reçus.

Hôtel les pieds dans l'eau , le balcon donne sur l'eau. Superbe chambre et personnel serviable. L'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant sous forme de buffet. Petit bémol , l'hôtel ne dispose pas de parking privatif. Difficulté pour trouver l'hôtel malgré le GPS.

Pleasant Stay

Pleasant hotel on the water, tho there's an annex across the street. We requested a sea view on arrival and got it for an extra 10 Euros per day. Sea view room was small, but adequate. Buffet breakfast was very good. Staff was very helpful with directions and advice to area historical sites. We really appeciated directions to the fast highway for our return to Athens; it's a toll road, not freeway. The only drawback was/is the derelict building next door. It'an eyesore, a blight on the area.

Prachtige locatie van het hotel,wat gebouw is boven de zee, dit soort voor mooie uitzichten. Indien mogelijk boek een kamer met zeezicht. Iedere kamer heeft een balkon waar het prima op vertoeven is. De bedden zijn aan de harde kant. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijtbuffet prima in orde. Hotel ligt in een lange straten met diverse andere hotels,eetgelegenheden en de nodige shops. Tip, doe een dagtrip met de cruiseboot naar de eilanden hydra en spetses.
