"Clean room, very helpful staff. Overall a very positive experience except that a rat ran across the parking lot from the smokers area into the bushes while we were standing there waiting for a cab to take us to dinner at about 6:30 pm. Kind of made me wonder….."

The complimentary breakfast was excellent so much choice. We had 2 evenings meal at the inn and wasn’t disappointed with any of them. "Tea and coffee is only warm for breakfast despite asking for hot said it was the hottest they could make it. Reception on the tv is not great or the WiFi Staff are very nice."

"The cottage was beautiful, well equipped, comfy, cosy, well situated and an absolute gem! Go no further than Frinton Escapes! My first time and the cottage was ideal. Close to ALL amenities in a close, so quiet but everything on its doorstep. Great history behind it too. If you do t go, you will be the loser! "

"We had a very pleasant stay with Maggie and Paddy at The Old Rectory. The accommodation was excellent as was the food at breakfast and dinner. A fine place to drive from to the outlying towns and villages."
