"Piss poor stay. Got locked out of our room on a Friday night and it took 30 minutes for the owner to walk out of his house and open the door. Then it would not lock again. Talk about a liability to guests. No offer or discount. Rooms are old and burned cigarette marks on the toilet. Room also stinks and smells like a musty wet dog. The towels stink and feel like sand paper because Indians won't buy any new ones for guests. We all know how that works. They just use old crap. Never again will I make the mistake of staying here. "

"A little nervous parking my car in the back. People were sleeping in their cars and smoking dope, not what i needed for my granddaughter to see. I started parking my car up front and felt safer. The room itself was updated, but you can tell this Hotel is old and in need of repairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"We loved our stay at the Fredonia. This was my husband‘s first time to visit the historic town of Nacogdoches as well as the Fredonia hotel and Convention Center. I have been there several times and have always been pleased. The staff does everything in their power to make your stay wonderful. Our room was perfect and cozy."
