"I booked a triple room, they gave us a cramped messy family room. I pushed back and they got annoyed. Finally they gave us a double room. I want a partial refund. The sheets were dirty and had to get them to change it. The furniture was old and mostly everything on the wall was crooked. Not with the money at all. Location was the only good thing. "

"we three friends have the holiday in here，I have a rest in the room，and look around the bed，I saw the duvet cover has some yellow colours，I feel strange，then check the bed sheet and found some sand and body hair on the bed sheet and duvet cover，it's very dirty，also another two beds have same problems. we couldn't believe this is four stars hotel. I report it to the manager and he asked a staff to change it for us. The sink stopper is gone in the bathroom，it's very danger to washing hands for women，if you have a ring skip from your finger，it will be losses into the pipes. The hair blower is very old styles，you could burn your hand if you used it for longer. this hotel is not match with 4 stars rate"

"This is not a 5-star luxury resort. While was likely impressive once, parts of the property now feel tired and run down.The room was clean and had the basics (toiletries, safe, hair dryer, fridge), but the fridge had a strong unpleasant smell.The room also smelled of cigarettes, which was unpleasant as a non-smoker. The main grounds and pool were well maintained; however, other areas showed visible wear. There was lots of rubbish in some parts including the beach area, and the steam room had mould and paint peeling from the ceiling. The staff were extremely lovey in the spa.The beach bar was totally derelict and not in use, and the beach itself was never set up with loungers or staff none of which was mentioned at booking. The all-inclusive options were limited, with similar meals daily and the exact same snacks served. Almost all the staff were friendly and helpful, especially housekeeping, reception and restaurant staff. However, the repeated sales pitches became uncomfortable. Providing written information with prices in rooms would allow guests to decide without feeling pressured and then they can ask the representatives. My last transfer arranged by the hotel. The driver asked me to get out and check if it was the correct drop off , he was more focused on immediate payment than ensuring I was safely in the right place. Perhaps due to a language barrier but as a solo female this was very uneasy. "

"We appreciated that the hotel was pet friendly, allowing our dog to join us for our last-minute honeymoon. Unfortunately, the room was outdated, dusty, and lacked Wi-Fi. While the non-carpeted floors were a plus, they were uncomfortably cold. The balcony door felt unsafe, the bathroom was poorly cleaned, and the bathtub and shower were impractical. Exposed wiring, peeling paint, and mismatched décor added to the lack of upkeep. Food was mostly bland, though the beach grill and food truck stood out. Facilities like the Hammam were hard to locate due to poor signage. The highlight was the kind cleaning lady on our floor, who decorated our room after learning we were newly married and treated our dog warmly—unlike the front desk staff. On our last night, a severe ceiling leak left puddles outside our door. Despite reporting it, the receptionist dismissed our concerns, was sarcastic, and claimed this was the “honeymoon room” he even received tips for. The hazard was barely addressed, leaving us to walk through water repeatedly. Overall, Hammamet is beautiful, but this hotel was one of the worst experiences we’ve had—especially for such a special occasion. The combination of poor maintenance, unsafe conditions, and unprofessional front desk service left us with a very negative impression."
