"We were two nights and the experience was very good. Great area within a short distance of free-ways, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Room was big, clean and the kitchen area was nice with a big refrigerator. Huge parking lot. You may get a disappointing feeling with the reception area. But customer service was good. Price was right."

"Overpriced. Rooms are tiny. Can barely move. The room was for 2 adults. We received 1 large towel and 4 small towels for our entire 3 day stay. No new towels were provided and no cleaning of the rooms. Breakfast was very mediocre with very little variety/options. They also charged a $100 security deposit. When booking through this site it only mentions a pet fee and not a security deposit. I would not have booked this hotel if I knew they charged a $100 deposit!"

"My experience at this hotel was, without exaggeration, one of the worst a person can go through. From the moment you walk in, you’re hit with an unbearable smell of stale cigarette smoke, as if the place hasn’t been properly ventilated in years. The environment feels heavy, dirty, and completely unpleasant. The room was in deplorable condition. The bathroom had visible mold, which is not only disgusting but also a serious health concern. The towels were stained, giving the impression they hadn’t even been properly washed. Everything felt neglected, unhygienic, and far below any acceptable standard of cleanliness. Sleeping there is not an option. Honestly, it would be better to spend the night on the street or under a bridge than to expose yourself to that level of filth and neglect. There is no excuse for offering service in such conditions. I would not recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances. If you value your health, comfort, and peace of mind, avoid this hotel at all costs."

"Very busy hotel long line to check in no matter the time of day. There was no hotel to the entire building they didn’t know when it would be fixed. The tv says it has all these apps but nothing worked kept saying network error had maintenance come up to fix it he didn’t speak English then I showed him in the tv he just looked at said uno minute and left and never came back. Elevator seems like it’s about break down down. Staff was kind and was refunding people for the hot water issue but then you have to find another hotel and there wasn’t much left available that wasn’t astronomical in price. Walls are paper thin. Could hear the neighbor peeing. One good thing was the bed was comfortable. There is no heat so if it’s a chillier evening it gets cold. There was a fridge if you need a microwave you can ask for one nor sure if it costs or not we didn’t even ask for one. There’s a phone in the room but it doesn’t work it’s not plugged in to anything so if you need something you go down to the front desk. They have a parking garage and parking free but it’s hard to find a spot sometimes it’s busy. Didn’t try breakfast. "
