"Good clean well appointed rooms; polite and accommodating staff. Breakfast time needs to be earlier than 0830 hrs in the morning as need to leave for work before same available; the free breakfast offer is rendered unusable."

"The staff are helpful. The food is excellent. We had half board and both the breakfast and dinner had a good spread. They also arranged for transport to Imagicaa. The rooftop infinity pool is a good place to view the sunset. Minor quibble about only one roll of toilet paper provided for a family of four. But this was resolved quickly."

"Good property and water park amenities"

"Everything was good except Dinner Buffet was slightly under par, did not allow me to change to A La Carte by paying the difference. Had ordered A la Carte in afternoon which was good."

"Pool was well maintained & activities for crowd were good. The rooms are spacious but the bathroom ceiling leaked, bath tube didn't work, AC functionality was pathetic at times. Food was ok however, more variety can be added to the same."

"*Update : The rooms are good and have good customer service. "
