The hotel is not what it used to be earlier. Poor service. Won't even provide basic complimentary items like water bottles, toiletries, newspaper etc which they are supposed to give and have already charged for. Wifi is patchy and disconnects every 2mins.
Only plus point is the location. Otherwise there are many other good options in Mysuru.
