"The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Asked for recommendations on restaurants and shopping. They were spot on.!! The refrigerator in my room did not work. I did not report it. It was really no big deal. The tiki bar should have been moved for more exposure to the public. It was really hidden in a back corner. Some of the furnishings were dated and well worn. Carpets had rips, walls had dings, outdoor cushions were badly worn. Even with the dated and worn furnishings, I would certainly stay here again"

"The room was absolutely disgusting. It didn’t look like it was cleaned at all. They had used tobacco pouches in between the cushions and a huge sticky spot in the middle of the floor. The floor felt damp, and the balcony was flooded from the AC drain. the courtyard where the pool was was also filthy and not maintained at all. Wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy looked like another hooker hotel."
