Dear Charles R,Thank you for the excellent rating. I sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the shower. In the winter months, when we are at lower occupancy, it may take several minutes for the hot water to circulate through the building and reach your individual room. Don't hesitate to preheat the shower to ensure a constant steady flow of hot water. I hope this doesn't prevent you from staying with us in the future.

Dear Shawanda,We sincerely apologize for the miserable experience. There is no excuse for any part of the hotel to be in the condition you described. While the front desk may not be staffed 24 hours per day, we're still available for anything at a moment's notice. I wish we had the opportunity to address some of your concerns while you were still here, or at the very least learn about these issues during our communication upon your departure. We hope you would consider staying with us again in the future. As you can see from other reviews, this is not a typical experience for our guests.
