We very much enjoyed the property and our 2 bedroom condo. Condo was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of the beach from our balcony. Our condo was quiet and we would come back again.

Regency Towers Adequate But Room For Improvement

An older resort working hard to keep itself respectable: its age shows but the maintenance staff works very hard to keep pool clean, grounds clean and things working. When we arrived, a number of things we not working in our unit -- especially upsetting was that the refrigerator was not set to cold prior to our arrival and we brought plenty of food. The staff are more reactive than proactive. The closeness to the beach was a positive.

Check in was easy. The staff was kind and informative. You can tell by how they interact with the regular condo owners that they have respect and enjoy their jobs. The room was beyond spacious and just what my family of 5 needed to relax and not feel like we were on top of eachother for a week. The room was clean, well decorated and felt like a comfy home away from home. We were on the 16th floor and the view was beautiful. The pool was heated which was great because the ocean felt like it was full of ice the mid April. There was always security on the premises. The area around the Regency feels safe. We did have 3 people attempt to kidnap our kids at the nearby foodlion while doing a late night grocery run on our first night after taking our kids to broadway at the beach. I would maybe head to further south food lion. The area between this condo zone and the strip did not feel as safe.
