I was charged $50 to check in early.
The room was not very clean and floors were sticky.
There is a coffee pot in the room with nothing to make coffee with, not even coffee filters.
There isn’t a phone in the room to call the front desk.
We stayed four days, and housekeeping NEVER came to our room, to make up the room, take trash, or provide clean towels. When we asked for towels and housekeeping to attend to the room, we were told that there is an additional $25 fee, per day, for them to service the room? What? There is not an ice machine or any vending machines in the property. The front desk charges $3.15 for a 7 pound bag of ice, that WE had to go across the street to get from a motels locked ice box and then return the key to the front desk! We killed 2 roaches in the room during our stay. The batteries were dead in the tv remote. The jets did not work in the jacuzzi, it was hot water though. There is not an elevator on the property. We were given a 3rd floor room and my husband is disabled (2 hip replacements) but had to climb the stairs to the room. There is not enough parking for 1 car per room! People Double parked, blocking other patrons! They charged $50 to our room, “ incidental “ because there was “sand” in the bathroom shower and on the used towels….ummm…well this is a BEACH FRONT hotel!
The staff were very rude as was the front desk clerk!
There were 6-8 cats roaming around and climbing on vehicles. Cans of cat food and fly covered bowl of cat food on walkway!
