Dirty covers, AC was not working had to call the office 3 times someone finally came, no parking decal was in the room had to get in out of over night box, no pool key had to wait until next day because office was closed and WiFi didn’t work once again had to wait until next day for office to open up

Screen door was broken and leaning against the patio. Two TV’s didn’t work. The living room tv volume would go up past 3 so you could barely hear it. The furniture was old cheap and outdated. The sinks in the bathroom had a slow drain. It was a terrible experience.

Great central location for our golf trip. Spacious 2 bedroom unit for two people, lots of room to spread out, handy full kitchen although if you are planning on doing lots of meal prep the kitchen only contained the barest of necessities. Worked ok for us as we only did breakfasts and golf snacks with dinner out but would have needed extra supplies if we were doing lots of cooking

I was disappointed. We have stayed plenty of times but this time the roaches was horrible. The room was nice it was clean but we keep killing roaches. You wake up and see a roach crawling across the wall. It was to the point we left. I informed the office staff no refund or take one night off.

With the increased heat we have had this year it has made it a little more problematic but we are in constant contact with the pest control office when any are reported.

Roach infested. Complained 3 different times to front desk. They gave us a bottle of roach spray. We left a day early because of roaches in our beds. No internet...complained every day to front desk to no avail.

We checked in on a Wednesday afternoon and arrived about 15 or 20 minutes before check-in and had no issues fetting slightly early. Staff was quick and friendly. We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo that had an awesome view of the lake from the back door. It is a mixed property so there are permanent owners on site but all were friendly. The indoor pool was hit with my kids and we eneded up spending hours there on day 2 of our vacation. There were plenty of dishes and everything was clean. The only issue we had was the dryer took a long time to dry. Property was well maintained and the condo was lovely and spacious. We will definatly look there first on any other trips to the area.

We do try to make sure all facilities and bedding in the unit are as needed, we are individually owned units and unfortunately it is up to the owner when it is time to change the mattress. We do offer mattress pads and covers for each guest bed.

I decided to book the villas because we stayed there before and had a great experience. This time the unit was dirty, the recliner was broken, the pull out bed on the couch was broken, the outlets in the unit did not work and the sink was clogged in the bathroom. My husband could not use his CPAP because the outlets did not work. I called the front office and they did not seem to care about all the issues in the room. They sent maintenance out to check the outlets and they said there was nothing wrong with the outlets. We paid alot of money and the unit was not worth it.

I am sorry that your experience was not as you would have liked. I do remember speaking with you and speaking with maintenance after you called about the issues with the outlets. Maintenance explained the outlets are controlled by the light switch in the unit. After we addressed the challenges with maintenance we never heard back and thought the issues were handled. I do apologize if this was not the case and do try to make every guests stay the best they can have.

We stayed in a unit privately owned and had no Wi-Fi even though it was advertised. It’s up to the owner to meet the requirements of the suite and they did not. They should have checks to make sure each owner is making property requirements for Myrtlewood. Raneesha from the front office was very kind and helped us as best she could but there was nothing they could do. We also had many troubles with our door locks and maintenance had to come to our room 3 separate times to fix the lock. We got locked out of our room for over an hour waiting to be let in. The maintenance men were very kind and helpful and were able to fix the problem each time. Would have been a better stay if equipment was up to date and the private owner met requirements.

Needs a bottom floor room due to my husband being disabled once that was taking care the building was hard to find in the dark. Needs better lighting o signage. The maintenance was prompt to assist us in the things needed. Overall I would stay there again.

I am sorry if there was any confusion. We state in the confirmation and the website we do not provide toiletries past the initial setup. Towels are not replenished throughout the stay as there is a washer and dryer in the unit. if an appliance is down, please feel free to let us know and we will get a tech out to remedy the issue and we can also exchange towels for you if that is the case. Unfortunately the condos are individually owned and therefore the blankets and such are as the owner prefers. We do have spare blankets at the desk as a first come first get opportunity. We are always happy to assist our guests the best way we can

Just a no. Checking in to the property took almost three hours. Started off with they couldn’t find my reservation and then sent me on my way and didn’t bother trying to help. Once found after hours they said the room was not clean yet. So had to wait longer. Mind you check in started at 4. We didn’t get into the room until 7. Once we got into the room the cleaners were still in there cleaning it! They told us to wait outside. So had to take my kids outside and wait longer after they suffered a long car ride. The only good thing about this place was the pool. You get the bare minimum inside the rooms. Room was falling apart. Sink didn’t drain. Shower door was broken. They gave you two trash bags for the whole week. No hot water. Also I guess they were working on a room upstairs and was hammering and playing loud music all night until 3am. Will definitely choose another place next visit.

I do apologize that your check in process was not as available as you would have liked. We do state check in starts at 4, and we do try to have every unit available to check in at 4. however on busy weekends it is hard to have all units available at that time. We have recently upgraded to a new system and not all of the reservations migrated across, and we have been diligently working on catching them before the day of arrival, but some do slip through occasionally. We do state in our confirmation letter and on the website, we do only provide the first set of toiletries and then you are responsible for the rest. As far as trash bags go, we have an ample supply of trash bags for the guest at request. We do have a quiet hours policy in the condos, If we were made aware of any loud noises going on after 10pm we would go to the guest and make it stop, but we need to be made aware as all the condos are individually owned and owners do sometimes work on their unit, but they still should follow the quiet hours rules. We have a full maintenance staff on site and anytime there are needs, we can dispatch to take care of guests concerns as brought up. I am sorry your experience was not up to standards and we would like a second chance to show that we do care what are guests experiences are like .

We loved it, however noticed a few things. There was no spare toilet paoer, the king bed was actually two twin beds pushed together and one sink was misding the drain plug. Small things are noticed.

On the website we do state we only supply the first round of toiletries and paper towels, after that you will be responsible for anything after that. Our split Kings, which us the unit that you were booked into, is just that twins that make a king bed. We do have regular 2 bedroom units that the beds do not split but they have to be reserved as a regular 2 bedroom unit.I will be happy to pass along the drain plug and we will get that taken care of If there is anything we can do for you in the future please feel free to let us know

For the price I paid, the cleanliness and customer service was aweful. This short stay was too expensive for the experience we had. The staff at the front office is extremely rude and have no patience. They rarely answer the phone and when they do they talk over you and are of no help. We never received our pool keys and had to go back to the office and the keys they gave us were not the correct ones. In order to use the tread mill you have to request a key from the front office to turn it on, but they fail to tell you any of this during check in. The check in process is LONG AND SLOW!!! No Internet. The fridge was dirty. The bottom of our feet turned black if we walked bare foot. This place needs renovations and new management. I suggest staying somewhere else!
