Excellent property. Very clean and spacious and definitely fit 5 people comfortably. Condo and facilities around were very clean as was the beach. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice family oriented location.

Not getting what you paid for

They never posted my first review guess I was keeping it to real .”ANYWAY”I loved the view it was nice we Were able to watch the sunset and rise cool . What I wasn’t satisfied with is the filthiness of the condo it was a bag of tampons underneath the bathroom sink. The AC didn’t work so we were left hot and sticky a very uncomfortable feeling when it’s over 90 degrees outside called and complain they told us to use the box fan they had sitting in the closet the fan was dirty ,black dirt was blowing out and that ain’t do the job we were miserable all night it was unbelievable . The head board was dirty dresser falling apart none of the 3 TV’s worked so the kids were left to stare at the walls curtains in the living room cut as if someone took scissors and went across it. The peak hole had tissue stuck in it. It was handprints on the wall. The couch cushion has stains on it. The kitchen chair was on their last leg we sat on the patio Chairs just to be safe .the sliding patio doors in living room don’t open so you have to walk into the master bedroom just to go onto the patio. The carpet needed to be replaced had rips the lil hardwood floor that they did t have was sticking up out the floor we had to make sure when we walking on that part that we were very careful . The bedding / covers had burned holes and the condo Reek of cigarettes smoke as if somebody just sit there and smoke all day. Overall, being in Myrtle Beach was awesome are stay wasn’t so Pleasant . Read reviews.

Found a roach in the kitchen, fridge was dirty and greasy. Bed was terrible and springs sticking up, overall i was stuck with this condo due to other properties being booked and no where else to go.

We weren’t given the laundry key and we flew there and was depending upon having to be able to do laundry. The front desk people were terrible always said they call back and never did. I was told I would get compensated and never did not a call about it. I would not recommend that place at all!

It wasn’t what I thought I was getting for the price I paid . I called for more towels no one never came . It was suppose to have a pool , and it was suppose to me a ocean view room . Then I called 7 times trying to get the Wi-Fi code.

I specifically picked out a condo to rent online by the pictures and the type of place I would use and rent. When we got to the condo the keys that were given to us in the envelope did not work, 3 different people tried. We were then sent to another condo in a different location, not to my taste. The gentleman who handled me was not the kindest and a little rude.

When first check in the property was dirty. Hair on floor and shower. Toilet was clean. Dirty dishes. And bugs. Was moved to another property that was worst. Black mold in the on all ceiling. The central air wasn’t working. And running water because water would not turned off completely. Moved to another property at night.It was a little better. TV didn’t work. No came to fix the tv issue. customers service manager had no people skills. Very rude. I would never stay at the property ever again and will tell my friends and family.

Somewhat disappointing

I’ll start off by saying that this property included people that live there, people that timeshare as well as people who book vacation stays from the owners. Everyone we met was super friendly and conversation was pleasant! The property is located on an inlet so the traffic was minimal and the parking was plentiful. There was not a long wait for the elevator and the ocean view was perfect!! Restraunts and activities were a short ride away. We stayed in room #123. This is where the disappointment set it. The furniture, electronics and fixtures were so outdated. The carpet was stained, the sliding glass door to the balcony was broke, there was plaster broken off the corner of the wall in the master bedroom, fruit roll up wrapper behind the second bedroom dresser and dust on the top of the entertainment center and tables. With that being said we really didn’t dare sleep under the sheets so I would defiantly recommend bringing your own and 1 roll of tissue paper per bathroom is provided per stay. Your responsibility to bring or purchase additional. With all that being said I think that if they just made a few changes it would be the perfect place to vacation yearly!

Fridge & freezer didn’t work our entire stay! I called a tech to come out part won’t be in til Monday! Told me to get ice and they would reimburse me for what I spent on ice- & they said they had no where else to put me! CRAZY TO ME!! Found a roach crawling across the floor! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING‼️ There was old popcorn under the bed and a Gatorade bottle under the bed. This place was never cleaned!! Sheets had brown on them! Like they were used and never changed! The drains to the tub don’t drain well at all!! Ohhh and cable that’s a joke all you get is the news channel!! And the wifi that sucks too! Dont expect to get your work done if your trying to work because you’ll just get kicked out and lose connection!! It also had a weird smell to it I had to buy aerosol! Water was also coming out of the AC vent and dripping on us when we walked under it!! My family has allergies really bad we couldn’t breathe in here! There must be mold in here! Probably in the ac unit idk! We are also allergic to roaches- do your research- you can be allergic to roaches- we have gotten allergy tested!

Molded bathrooms and we couldn’t breathe well. Left back door open and it still didn’t help. and no windows, could not shower… very very upset about this and haven’t heard back after visiting their office.

The condo was cramped, dirty, and rundown and had malfunctioning TV remotes and excessively loud HVAC units. (We had to turn them off to sleep.) The front desk was unfriendly and unhelpful. (The girl did not know where the property was and did not advise about the overfill parking lot.) I felt unwelcome by the Beach Vacations management company - the only thing they seem to want was more money. (They charged additional fees once we arrived - the Hotels.com fee was not sufficient.) The location on the beach was the only positive about this experience.

When we got to the room it was not even cleaned. The bed was slept in the night before and you could tell. The trash was not taken out for the last person. To top it off the bathroom had pee all over the floor. My son slipped and fell in it. Unacceptable I do not feel that I should have to pay full price for rental.

While our stay was pleasant there was some things that were not communicated. The extra fee to use the pool which is listed as an included amenities, the security deposit was not listed before hand which should be when paying, leaving the cleaning of the room up to the guest is tacky, unprofessional and unclean.

I like the space and the privacy of the place. I did'n like that looks not clean, like the microway was not clean. The comforter of the bed have a big stain. A underwear under the bed. Ctackers behind the recliner. Also did not like that when we were out someone enter to the property and leave sheets and towel on the table. Overal was ok.
