The facility wasn’t as secure, as I was lead to believe. There was no need for a door code, as the door was always unlocked. And the gate arm stayed up to enter the parking garage, so anybody could come in.

Just okay stay

We were without our room almost all day. The key code didn't work and it was 9 pm or better before we could get in even though our room was actually ready early (around 12). We had older family members with us and this was VERY inconvenient. We went back to the front office and the problem was still not resolved. After agreeing to move us the repair person finally showed up and let us in it was after 9 by this point. Several things were not in the best condition including the sliding curtain which was ripped. They originally offered. 60 off our stay. *sigh* this is not the Elliott we were familiar with. I gave 3 stars here because their evening or over night customer service was AMAZING they listened and jumped right in to help even offering to come to the office and pull together what we needed for thd room swap themselves! That's service!

Stay was amazing overall. Booked one property ended up not being available, so they put me in another property and notified me of changes. The property was nice an 8 out of 10 cleanliness seemed like some dust from sanding walls coated the kitchen. Some amenities didn’t work suck as one bedroom tv and the coffee maker. Other then minor stuff the view and ocean front access was superb. Great stay for my family we enjoyed it!
