"Lovely hotel, especially the newly renovated family bungalows. Very friendly helpful staff lovely wide selection of food and plenty to do for the kids and spacious pools. There was an issue with the aircon on the first day but the staff quickly logged it and was fixed by the next morning. Only thing they could improve on would be the pool tables and arcade, very dated most machines were broken but this did not take anything away from the stay which was lovely."

"Tres bel hôtel avec un panorama merveilleux. Personnel du restaurant attentionné, buffets variés, chambre spacieuse toutefois logé au dessus du restaurant le bruit des chaises le matin et le soir est un gros point negatif. Pour la proximité des plages Bali n'est pas top..odeurs des égouts, plages bondées... Préférable de se rendre en direction de Reythymon et cela fait des kilomètres donc voiture indispensale"

"Booked as a last minute 3 night stay for my wife and I, having not been to Crete previously. The hotel was great. Large clean room with a sea view, 2 pools, a water park and plenty of sunbeds. There is also a reserved area on the beach for hotel guests with an all inclusive bar right next to it. The food was good, with plenty of choice. I would 100% recommend this hotel. We are already looking at returning again with our kids."

"Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut. Es könnte nur mehr Abwechslung sein. Abends wird an zwei oder drei Tagen sehr laute Livemusik gespielt. Wenn man also die nächtliche Stille sucht, sollte man hier nicht einchecken. Aber ist ja Geschmacksache. Alles in Allem eine sehr schöne Anlage, die Zimmer teilweise in die Jahre gekommen und an einigen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig. Wir hatten aber eine sehr schöne Zeit.
