Its not a Hotel or villa. If you want to sleep in basement without Aircon in such a hot? Than go there and sleep with tons of mosquitoes.
Bathrooms are nasty.
Not ventilation in basement.
When you bath the water rises on ur feet. Not proper drainage.
Lady came 30 late just to give us key and as family we stood outside in very hot summer.
information she didn’t send shuttles to pick us up and the local driver also couldn’t find the place as it has no address.
Worst experience. Big NO to this place.
Actually Expedia shouldn’t list such property without proper information. By doing so they are likely to loose there realizability.
No help was given by Expedia too.

Das ganze Haus stinkt nach Moder und Feuchtigkeit. Die Schlafräume sind unter der Erde, ohne Tageslicht. Kopfkissen haben Stockflecken und sind total feucht. Das ist schon bedenklich für die Gesundheit. Geschirr in den Schränken schmutzig und in den Toiletten teilweise noch Reste von irgendjemanden. Pfui. Die Polsterauflagen den Terassenmöbeln sehr schmutzig und auch voller Stockflecken. Keine Info darüber, dass es ein elektrisches Tor gibt, so dass wir praktisch eingesperrt wurden. Hausverwaltung reagiert nicht auf E-Mails. Wir konnten aufgrund des Gestanks und der Feuchtigkeit in diesem Haus nur eine Nacht bleiben, obwohl wir eine Woche bezahlt haben. Können diese Unterkunft überhaupt nicht empfehlen.

Not worth the price - 2*
Except for the view, everything else was a bad experience.
- Utensils & Kitchen were very dirty
- Bedsheets and Towels were smelling
- Loads of Mosquitos
- No Swimming pool as per picture
- 3 rooms down felt like basement rooms, very less sunlight
- Last day we had no electricity
- View was breathtaking

Awesome villa but can do better.
The villa was very well designed, had living room and kitchen on the ground floor and underground 3 bedrooms. The place was very nice except some stuff needed to be cleaned and changed , the water was not really clean even when you showered. We stayed for about 5 days and nobody ever came to change the sheets and towels or even clean. We were also unable to get a reach of the wifi or signal on our bedrooms even with the wifi extender. There was no A/C , only some fans on parts of the house but it was not really needed to have A/C on each room. Apart from all this the view is amazing and its totally worth it.
