The room is absolutely stunning, every single item is artistically chosen. Service from the staff is the best in Europe for us, beating all those 5 stars hotels and even our Eur2000 stay at Amanzoe. Nice hotel with excellent service. The staff is really helpful and have free pick up service upon arrival. There many choices for the buffet breakfast. The food in the restaurant was great which was the best food that i tried in greece. The room is clean and new. Everything is perfect! For the location, around 10mins to the town and the bus stop is just outside the hotel lobby.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel in Mykonos, and from start to finish, it was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel itself was stunning – elegant, immaculately maintained, and designed with comfort and style in mind. My room was a dream: spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with every amenity you could ask for. The pool area was a highlight – tranquil, luxurious, and perfect for unwinding under the sun. And the breakfast? Phenomenal. A generous spread of fresh, high-quality options that catered to every taste. Each morning felt like a treat. The location is another huge plus: just steps away from Psarou Beach, hands down the best beach for a relaxing, comfortable day by the sea. Clear waters, soft sand, and a peaceful atmosphere – everything you want from a beach day in Mykonos. All in all, this hotel deserves every bit of praise. I found The Palladium because it was one of the few full service hotels that had room for four people. The Room: Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view of the pool. The Grounds: The hotel was super clean and safe. Location: Centrally located. Easy walk to local beach. Quick ride to local shopping and downtown. Service: The impeccable service started even before we arrived. We had an amazing driver (Panos) who picked us up from the ferry and from the moment we arrived on site I knew we would have an amazing stay. Everyone from the front desk, restaurant, pool and even the GM Thanos treated us so kindly and handled our every need. The staff was not only professional but just genuinely kind and truly made our stay special. Overall: This hotel is one of a kind. I did not want to leave. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to be close to the action but also in your own little slice of paradise. Do not hesitate just book it!

The staff were the stars of the property, so friendly, helpful and happy all the time. Service was top notched from everyone all round and always with a smile. We had the signature room which was pleasant as it has a nice private pool and jacuzzi. Water was however a bit too cold (too early in the season) so we used the cabana and hammock mostly which was nice. The pool has a distant view of the sea towards the left which was also nice. Other than that, a few minor details though not a deal breaker could be improved. The overflow of the pool was splashing down onto what was just a plank of wood from what we can see and the pool also overlooked to the public pathway/road to the right. It was not aesthetically pleasing but didn't affect the quality of the facility. What was slightly annoying was the sound coming from the neighbouring rooms if they were occupied and also chatting. There is not much sound proof although a small wooden screen was put up to avoid the same issue as well as some privacy I guess. I think in the summer, this could be a potential issue if you want some privacy as the rooms are all built very close together. Neighbouring rooms can be overlooking into the private pool area. The room was nicely decorated with a very comfortable big bed and lovely pillows. The shower itself was fantastic with strong pressure and plenty of space.
