This is a wonderful place. A few times I’ve been here. They upgraded me upon check in, a welcome drink, very friendly and helpful people. Room was lovely, great balcony, view, beach and sea literally minutes away. Bar drinks are very generous measures. Such a great vibe hotel. Would highly recommend. The pillows and beds are the most comfortable I’ve slept in. For many islands and places that I’ve visited in Greece. Well done Erato for making this yet another memorable experience.

This is a lovely place. We had a room with a terrace overlooking the water . Quick walk through the beautiful garden and you are on the beach . Complimentary fresh breakfast with a very accommodating and friendly staff. They will set up your transfers and also guide you for all the things you can experience on the island. Great bar to grab a cocktail or a coffee Restaurants all along the beach and a grocery near by. Family friendly as well . Highly recommend.

We truly enjoyed our stay in the lovely Erato hotel Mykonos. The atmosphere therewas really amazing and welcoming, and the staff made us feel at home. They are very nice and friendly. Also we came little bit early before chcek in and they did not have problem to accomodating us. Room was clean and breakfast was delicious with various obtions. Thank you for making our vacation even more beautiful thanks to our stay at the Erato Hotel.

Overall Excellent including breakfast!

Overall everything excellent. Very convenient to the beach, markets and public transportation, Should I visit Mykonos again. Definitely will book with them. Super friendly! The only bad things is because hotel is so closed to the beach you can hear the music till 2-3AM. Otherwise everything is A+! Highly recommended!

Staff was very helpful especially Nosh. He would call our cabs and make reservations for us. The lady at breakfast was great always getting us coffee and always a big smile on her face.

Erato is a beautiful property, it’s quiet and away from the noise of the city center, but accessible by taxi or bus. The windmills were very close by. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The range for all our transportation. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Overall, our day was very comfortable and safe and fun.

The place itself was beautiful and I truly loved the stay — but the transportation experience was a nightmare I’ll never forget. The driver was aggressive from the start, and it escalated to the point where he actually threatened to kill me! All because his directions weren't taking me to where I told him to go. I do not know this country so therefore when I say where I need to go, the transportation should know here to go! I was terrified and felt completely unsafe, trapped in a situation no guest should ever be in. It’s horrifying to think that what should have been a wonderful trip turned into something so traumatic because of the transportation. The stay was amazing, but the safety issue was beyond unacceptable.

Extremely small rooms and highly unprofessional management. The rooms are so tiny you can’t even open more than two pieces of luggage at once. When you leave for the day, they turn off the AC, causing the room to develop a damp, unpleasant smell from humidity and condensation. The front desk staff are dishonest about everything—from making coffee to the actual duration of the airport transfer. While we were out, the manager (who claimed to be the owner) entered our room without permission and moved all our belongings—including clothes, a purse, and other personal items—into the lobby. This place is a complete disaster. Stay here only if you’re looking for a real-life challenge, not a vacation. Only one stuff member (name D.) was supportive trying to help

The views from this hotel were excellent & there was a back walking path to the beach. Very convenient & beautiful. The staff was very friendly and provided us with all the amenities we needed. I would stay here again on my next trip to Mykonos.

Gorgeous and Refreshing Hotel

What a gorgeous place with kind welcoming hosts. The garden (and balconies) are steps away from the beach. Start your day with a full Greek breakfast and enjoy the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and two grocery stores nearby to ensure you are well fed. Mykonos’ shops are an easy bus ride away (and the stop is a few hundred feet from the hotel).

Nice place good location

Room was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was new and spacious. It’s right in Ornos so the location was good for getting around. Free onsite parking. I would recommend it. Very nice staff and willing to help.

Amazing Mykonos Erato hotel

We had an amazing time at this great location steps away from Ornos beach, great restaurants and city center. Very well Located. Staff is super courteous and always approaching while at the breakfast area or bar to offer anything or just to say hello! Hotel is very clean, great air conditioning system in rooms, very well decorated with class and Greek style. You will feel like being at home. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of delicious cheeses, hams, eggs, breads, and all. We can’t wait to come back, thank you!!!
