"This hotel is in a great area. Super close to train and bus stops, including the airport bus, convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel also has great amenities. We loved the self-service lockers and laundry room. The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. A little tight for 3 adults and their full sized checked luggage, but we are seasoned travelers and we easily made it work and were very comfortable. The only thing I’d like to call out and caution potential guests about is the shower. At least for our room, it was not easy to get in and out of, and would be impossible for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. Not without a lot of help, anyway. Obviously I can’t speak for other rooms, but if you have mobility issues, definitely inquire with the hotel before booking. Overall, great hotel. Will definitely book again if I ever return to Seoul. "

"We love Stanford Hotel Myeongdong! The location is perfect, so close to shops, the station, and the lively Myeongdong night markets. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though they don’t have a dedicated family room, so we booked two rooms for our family of five. Everything was easy and convenient, and we would definitely stay here again!"

"The room was very clean and spacious. The only thing was the room was too hot for us. Housekeeping said we could not use the AC and to just open the windows, and we did. It was about 3°C outside but the room stayed hot throughout the night. We did not get a restful sleep as we got sweaty. "
