「We had a wonderful stay at An Nhien. The owner and staffs were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome from the moment they picked us up at the airport. We really appreciated the free pick up and drop off at the airport. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. It was too big for just one air conditioner because it took a while for the air conditioner to cool down the room. If you stay in the summer, we suggest a smaller room like the bungalow. 「Staff wrongfully accused us of stealing a hair dryer without checking. Assuming is not a good way to run business, but facts and evidence does. Do not even think about accusing people unless you have grounds. Lucky that we already checked out before this happened. When family member came to pick up the bike, he was given an inconvenience, staff locked up his bike and was forced to wait. 「The hotel is nothing like the pictures. Positives: 24hr check in Location was safe and quite Decent aircon Negatives: -Out of 11 lights only 2 worked - balcony was full of cigarettes - bed was hard - house keeping came at 8am they would knock repeatedly (without stopping) to wake you up. So never got a good sleep as would have to wake up to tell them no.
