"This hotel really surprised me! I wish every 4-star hotel had such great staff, amenities, and cleanliness. The breakfast was awesome with plenty of regional food choices. My room was small (a single room) but it had everything I needed and a very comfy bed. Highly recommend!"

"Everything has been lovely as always. However, the reception doesn’t always have a staff member present. We waited nearly 15 minutes to get our luggage back from the storage cupboard. There needs to be some sort of bell/alert system when staff member is needed. I was also surprised to see that paperwork with guests names was left on the desk, fully visible to anyone waiting at the reception This is the only negative comment I have about this beautiful hotel.
