「We spent three nights at the hotel. Our room was bright, clean and comfortable. It was very good that you can close the windows and sleep in complete darkness. The room has good soundproofing. It was cleaned every day. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent. A lot of different food from cereals with milk to sausages and various salads. 「The place has persona: deliberately rustic interior but with modern facilities, like good showers and lighs combined in good taste. Somehow this reminds me of the overall Tallinn (or Estonian) architectural thinking, where you have no problems in having the old and the new in the same package. This is a hotel you will remember, unlike the usual hotel chains. 」

「Very disappointing for service and place we stay. Dirty place, it mentioned they provide cleaning service everyday, but no one come to clean up. It also mentioned there are air conditioner but there are no this facility. We complained but they just said that this is hotel.com problem. They should contact Hotel.com but they didn’t. Design of our room is quite strange, we found difficulty to use the toilet. Receptionist need to improve english skill. Bad place to stay. Not recommend to all of you.」

The design of the electricity is not user-friendly as if I remove the room card, the sockets in the room will not work, and there is no on-off button for the lamp near the bed, you can only control the lamp by removing the card, so it is impossible for you to charge your phone after you close the lamp. First night is really uncomfortable as the bed sheet is not...
