"The parking was very hard to park, the rooms are dark for me, but i do have a night vision condition, easy to go to the old town after you know you way around, people very friendly."

"The bed was amazing. It was hard to wake up! The hotel is quite a walk from the main part of San Sebastián, but worth it, as you walk past the beach at the bottom of the hill. The pool area is good; the gym is small but good; the restaurant has an excellent chef; and overall the hotel is peaceful and lovely. "

The staff is incredible - always friendly and willing to go above and beyond in terms of customer service. "Incredible views from this hotel atop Monte Igueldo. Breakfast and bar were very good. If you're planning to use the funicular to get to/from town, know that its last run is at 8:30pm."

"Lovely hotel. Of you don't mind a 10 minute downhill walk to the beach or 25 minutes to the old town Cracking view across San Sebastian. Just be wary if it's raining or wet as the steps into the hotel foyer are lethal if you don't properly wipe you feet."
