「Although the unit we stayed in was compact, it was perfectly laid out and furnished. The standard of the kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery was much better than anywhere I've stayed. The furniture, bedding and general styling was done very thoughtfully across the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and living room to make the whole place comfortable and sumptuous. Its location in a quiet cul-de-sac near the centre of town was just right.」

「The room itself was great, Booked for 3 guests and one had to take the couch, no roll away available I booked on the day of check in and staff seemed almost annoyed she had to get up to check us in, Quite rudely said you didn’t give any notice so just give me a minute, Desk was unstaffed so it took 10 minutes to work out how to call someone to come give me the key Check in could be managed a whole lot better」
