「Everything was excellent.」

「The hotel was extremely clean. The food was excellent with a huge selection at breakfast. The staff were outstanding and we couldn’t have been looked after any better. My only criticism was the lack of utensils and tea/ coffee in the room. There were no teaspoons and only 1 knife and fork. I would recommend the Palmeiras. 」

「My room was quite big and it was quiet and comfortable. It was quite modern, so there were already some signs of wear and tear visible. The WiFi connection was good (fast enough for online meetings). I arrived in the morning after an overnight flight. When I arrived, they immediately started cleaning a room for me, and after a short wait I was able to get a room earlier than the check-in time. 「O quarto é bem grande, estava limpo e organizado, comi um misto no restaurante que é uma delícia. Café da manhã é simples, mas estava gostoso, poderia ter opções de frutas. Acredito que seria ideal o hotel fazer o transfer dos clientes do aeroporto até o hotel e cobrar um pequeno custo do cliente. Infelizmente, apesar de ser um km de distância do aeroporto não tem como ir a pé. É perigoso. 」

「This is a very modest hotel providing triple excellent service. I did have a slight delayed check in due to the receptionist who spoke very little English not understanding my insistence of prior booking despite having the corroborative evidence. Eventually I was given keys to the room and settled into my stay. It is located pretty central to most vital iconic landmarks including Museums, restaurants and supermarkets.
