「We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by a Sea & Rent representative, only to be told that we were assigned a first-floor room—despite specifically booking a garden-level unit with direct access to the garden and pool. When we asked for an explanation, he casually told us the guests in the garden room had decided to stay an extra night. 「We got the room earlier than expected. The room was bigger as we were 3 in the room and they accommodated us with three separate beds that was perfect for our needs. Breakfast is superb! Lots of options (even vegan!). The hotel has a private beach a few minutes walking distance which is perfect if you don’t want to pay for seats at the beach. Super helpful staff! We had a great time!!」
