「At the check-in, the credit card machine was not working. They tried my three cards with no success. Finally the check-in person accepted that there was nothing wrong with all my cards. After we moved in our room, we found out that the TV in the room was not working. They tried to fix the TV and eventually gave up and gave us another room. 」
