Pro:This hotel is very convenient as it's right at the JR station exit 5.
Con: It has very strong cemenet smells in the hallway. The breakfast was not very impressive as it has the same meals for the two days we stayed.
No swimming pool or onsen facility.

This place was one of my preferred place that we stayed in. It’s a bit of a walk from Hakata station, but the amount of space you get is a great trade off . The place was pretty clean and safe and big for 4 adults and a child to stay comfortably . We only had an issue with the check in process . The system used wasn’t working properly. (No fault of our own, the lady apologized) . I do recommend this place for a stay in Fukuoka

Nice place with some limitations
"The room was good-sized, but without a closet. The beds were comfortable. There were many nearby restaurants, but the hotel did not have a place for dinner dining. Although the atrium was spectacular, the room was grim—almost no color except gray, black and tan."
