"Rooms very spacious, clean and tidy. Reception staff and cleaners were kind and friendly; even though the communication was tricky as I don’t speak much Italian and they don’t speak much English. Thank you Google Translate!
Location is great for access to the local restaurants, shops, bus and train station. Bus is about an 8 minute walk and train about 12-15.
The breakfast is a reasonable spread of pastries, yoghurt, cereal and cold meats. Could do with a bit of variety as it’s exactly the same every day.
After reading other people’s feedback, I brought a travel kettle as there’s no facilities in the room. "

From an airport pick up to suggesting places to eat and visit and also making sure our stay was great by keeping the room and surround shared areas cleaned to perfection.
