「Clean and comfortable room, good location, nice breakfast」

「Clean and modern design. However, The breakfast promoted is terrible!!! It’s not a hot breakfast, and extremely limited with only continental style breakfast options. Lobby provides no lounging options. Towels, blankets, and asking for a pillow for the pull out couch was extremely frustrating. As these items should be standard during a stay, desk clerk thought we were asking for the world!」

「We stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Dover while attending a family event, and the location was very convenient. The staff was courteous and professional, and the bed was comfortable. However, the property felt dated and in need of upgrades. Our room had a musty smell, peeling paint on the bathroom door, and the showerhead and faucet showed signs of mildew and calcification. 「NEVER STAY HERE!!! When we were waiting in the “lobby” (basically a broom closet) to get checked in, there were bugs (maybe fleas?) crawling up our legs, it smelled and the walls were streaked with some unknown but smelly substance. As we were walking out, the front desk person came out and said he didn’t have any rooms for the night. I told him that I reserved, he said they had no rooms, meaning they overbooked anyways.
