「Very nicely appointed room」

「Aside from the room surpassing our expectations, the staff were the best. The receptionist helped us with transportation and the server at the restaurant was super attentive and the food was amazing. Last but not least the bartender makes the best cocktails. The hotel overall was the best out of all the ones we stayed at. They gave us vouchers for complimentary drinks. The area was in the middle of everything and the inside of it was beautiful. Highly recommend.」

「Room shower was dirty. Female hair everywhere. When I checked out in the morning I was at the front desk at 7:30am when the “start” to serve breakfast and no one showed up. I left after several minutes of standing there with no answer. I had the room outside in the corner and it was very noisy with the road just outside 」

「Es un lugar horrible hice mi reservación, cuando llegue al lugar nunca me atendieron estuve esperando y tocando el timbre y también llame simplemente no hay atención. Solo espero que me reembolsen la reservación 」

「Cuando llegamos no estaba ninguna reservacion registrada en el frontdesk, teniamos que volver a pagar la noche. Tambien no habia agua caliente, mi esposa rechazoʻ quedarnos. NO NOS HOPEDAMOS ALLI NINGUNA NOCHE. POR FAVOR NECESITAMOS REFUND!!」

「It cUsed many problems to get another booking, cause the hotel is out of service.I went and it’s closed. Apparently, a shopping mall will be built soon. I think it would be very good that you make updates to avoid these inconvenients to your customers. I hope the vredit card iwas not charged. The bank says they aren’t responsible for this and still it cannot be seeen on the ststement of account. First time I have this inconvenient. May you help me finding out about payment? Thanks a lot. 」
