「Doesn't look like much from the outside as it's part of a larger complex but walk up a couple staircases and you'll get to the landing where the check-in desk is. Friendly helpful staff, and really nice spacious apartments. The excellent breakfast was included for me but it's only $3 otherwise, well worth it, they bring it right to your room. 「Ich habe im Hotel New Star Zamalek übernachtet und insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Die Lage ist wirklich top , sicher und mitten im schönen Stadtteil Zamalek. Viele Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind ganz in der Nähe, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings könnte der Service an manchen Stellen etwas professioneller und schneller sein. Preis-Leistung ist okay, aber man sollte keinen Luxus...

「The room and hotel was quite scenic and clean. Central location with supermarket downstaris. The staff were extremely nice and attentive. However, while it was appreciated, it felt like there was little privacy in the property. The breakfast was good. The bathroom was outside the room and it was a bit difficult to lock and use. By the time we check out the bathroom door lock was broken. Fast hot water and the hotel provided heater and good blanket for the winter. 」

「Voor dat ik naar deze Hotel kwam verbleef ik in een andere hotel in Giza. Het was echt een groot verschil met deze hotel. Qua hygiënisch, ligging, personeel krijg deze hotel een 10 van mijn. Ik verbleef in kamer 204. Deze kamer was heel schoon Vanaf mijn balkon had ik een prachtige uit zicht. Over de plein en het Egyptische Museum. De ligging van deze hotel is centraal.
