「Estuvimos en una habitación para 4 personas y nos sorprendimos positivamente porque había dos estancias, una para los dos niños y una para nosotros. Estaba limpia pero le faltaba una reforma ya que la paredes, los interruptores... Se veían antiguos. Por la noche la insonorización no era abuena, se oía ruidos de maquinaria y música. El desayuno por el precio era muy completo y la atención muy buena.」

「The air conditioning had been broken for more than 2 weeks, the carpets in the hallways were filthy, and the drain in the shower smelled like there was a dead animal. They gave me a fan for my room and told me to keep the patio doors open. I am a woman traveling alone. I checked out after 4 hours and went to another hotel. The Hotel Santana-Amazing!!」
