"This is a great option in Cotonou. It is conveniently located not far from the airport, with a free shuttle. The hotel itself is comfortable and modern, with a nice restaurant and a connected coffee shop and bar. The staff is really exceptional, very helpful and accommodating. "This hotel has been so far the worst hotel I book for a trip. I booked it for my husband and when he got there he had to wait more than 5 hours to check in. In the beginning he was told that he did not have a reservation, and that he needed to wait for the manager and then he was told 4 hours later that the reservation which I booked and paid for was not paid and he needed to pay for it. I send a message to try and figure out what had transpired and the manager was rude trying to make me buy the reason why they had my husband wait 5+ hours because checking him in. After traveling two days to Benin. I am very disappointed and felt that a trip that was supposed to be smooth started with too much stress. "
