Teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Wird aktuell aber renoviert, daher Pool leider nicht nutzbar. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und gut. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wünsche wurden prompt umgesetzt. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Einrichtung teilweise in die Jahre gekommen.Wird allerdings aktuell renoviert.

Stay was good. Breakfast was good. Only thing we missed was the swimming pool. We were told that hotel is under renovation and pool wont be working for a month more.

Aufgrund unserer Flugverbindung reisten wir sehr früh morgens an um 5 Uhr. Das Hotel hat es möglich gemacht, dass wir um 7 Uhr einchecken dürften. Weitaus über unserer Erwartung und wir waren sehr dankbar. Es war sehr schade, dass der Pool nicht benutzbar war und dies vorher nicht kommuniziert wurde. Hatten uns absichtlich zum Einstieg eins mit Pool rausgesucht. Die Lage ist einfach top. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten wirklich überall. Uns hat die Flexibilität von hier aus sehr gut gefallen.

Perhaps Expedia should hire someone to check these hotels out! None of the listed amenities exist. No pool no hot tub no bar/lounge. The rom was good and clean but the bathroom is run down and not very clean! Minimum shower and bath essentials are provided. The food and restaurant is excellent! The staff is very nice to visitors. I was told they are undergoing restorations however it seems that has been a never ending problem

A pleasant stay.

Clean and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and the location is convenient. The food was not the best, I believe it can be improved. And a shuttle bus to the airport upon request will add more value and appreciation to the hotel.

There was no pool. It was being repaired. The staff are lovely. The bathrooms have serial numbers written on them with black marker. This included the bathroom mirror 😂 It's a very nice hotel, but details have been skipped everywhere.

Posizione centrale

Albergo in posizione centrale, in un quartiere indiano a 5 min a piedi da un parcheggio per taxi arancioni e poco piu dalla stazione degli autobus, da dove partono dei bus (poco frequentati da turisti) con cui raggiungere la città vecchia, Mutrah corniche, suq e la Royal Opera House. Hotel pulito ma vecchiotto, buona colazione, assenza di un bar. Assenza di teli per la piscina e cuscini per gli sdrai piuttosto sporchi. Tutto sommato buon rapporto prezzo qualità.

Large room with large double bed which was very comfortable. The room had a sofa and ample storage. Full range of amenities provided and they could even provide complimentary razors etc. All the staff were very friendly and remembered who you were. In the restaurant the chef was able to make choices gluten free for me. Great hotel.
