「The cabin was clean, cosy and perfect for a couple. We used it as a base for lots of hikes around Otway and then around the great ocean road. 「I chose the Maids' Quarters primarily because it had two separate bedrooms with a queen sized bed in each. It turns out there was so much more to enjoy in this accomodation. The tastefully done furnishings and fittings, the fully stocked kitchen, the spaciousness, the quiet at night. Gary met us when we arrived and was happy to answer any question and give us tips on local eateries. Overall we were delighted with the property. It was very clean and comfortable and we did not want for anything.」

「Practical sized room for an overnight stay. Bathroom shower water wet a larger area than I’d like, hot water was excellent. We dined at the same venue, simple well proportioned meals at very good value and taste. We would stay again for sure. 」

「This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them. We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin...
