"Our room had a bright light shining into it and the black out curtains had holes. The next door plumbing was super loud. The staff was nice and the parking was great. But our linens were stained. We were there three days and one day our do not disturb sign was ignored while we were gone and the room was cleaned. I was a little disappointed because I love La quintas and this one was not as cool as I’m used to. Oh and the internet was awful. Totally useless. I had to have my biz zoom meeting at a friends office. "

"Room outlet did not have power. The lights did not turn on because of no outlet power. The heater gives off gross burning smell when you turn it on. I had to open the window to let out that smell. Imagine having to open the window when it is cold outside because the heater is suffocating you with it's gross smell. This hotel does not let you check in early even though I called and the staff gave me the indication that I could check in early. When I got to the hotel they went back on their word and forced me to pay an early check-in fee in order to check in early. Overall summary, this hotel does not honor its words with their guest. They don't manage their rooms. If you call in after 6 pm, there is no technician around to service any rooms and you will have to wait until the next day to get service so if you're only staying there for one night then you are totally screwed. I used to hold La Quinta Inn with high regard but after this experience - never again."

"Most of the time four points is an exceptional hotel however, this time they fall far below par. The quilt on the bad had been washed so many times, the Batting/wadding inside clumped and looked disgusting when held up to a light. The shower drain was extremely slow, you ended up in standing water. Shower curtain was inefficient and flooded the bathroom. There was no Kleenex in the dispenser."

"Stayed here for one night with family before a medical procedure at Stanford. The outside of the hotel when you arrived looked old and tired. Parking was $19 ( which we knew but think was steep for the area). The lobby was clean and staff was nice. One of the main reasons we picked this hotel is because it advertised a hot tub and a heated pool, that they claimed wasn’t common in the area. Unfortunately the pool was definitely not at all heated and was freezing, paint was peeling from the sides and water was too cold to swim. Hot tub unfortunately was like warm bath temp at best and the jets didn’t work. The railings to get in and out of hot tub were broken and no longer attached to the ground. So the whole reason we picked this place was pretty much a bust. The room was nice, beds and pillows were comfy and for the most part was clean, except that the shower did have some long black hairs in it when we arrived. Charger in the nightstand was a nice touch and room was able to get very dark at night. "
