I found long hair under the pillow and q tips but everything else was good and cleaned... The hotel was beautiful and the atmosphere was lovely...

Very convenient on off the 15. Just about any store and restaurant you can think of close by. Hotel is ne Reinforce why Courtyard is my 1st choice when I travel.

The lady in the front desk was exceptionally courteous and friendly while at the same time informative about the amenities of the hotel. In terms of cleanliness are of concern would be the coffee machine. There was milk residue in the reserve.

Our room had hair in the shower, no conditioner, not up to standards. No caffeinated coffee. We had to ask every day for coffee in the room. A roof top bar is advertised but not there. I got quoted $119/ night and ended up paying $250. Do not stay here.

the property is modern clean. The housekeeping staff and the front office clerk were chatting loudly and laughing at front desk. Is like they are at home. I ask the housekeeping who is working on my floor to replace the wet towel. She bought a new one but did not remove the wet one. I have to call her back to get the wet one. Later that afternoon. I saw two housekeeping staff chatting right next door. I request for some coffee package refill, and she respond she will bring it later. She never did replace it. Instead of chat chat they should do their work.

Disappointing Marriott stay
Weird smell when walked into the hotel. Sanitizer or fragrance not strong and smells like it was covering up something. Room has ants and carpet dirty. Pillow very old and stained sheets.

Goodbye to a friend.
We always stay at Marriott when we travel and they always give us extra water as a complimentary, but this hotel is charging us $3 each. No mirowave in the room but they have one at the lobby. When my husband tried to use it the guy at the lobby asked him what's his room and name. I'll check the hotel next time I book.
