"The hotel is pretty rundown. We had a 4 night stay and asked for our room to be cleaned after 2 nights and were told that due to staffing shortages it wouldn’t happen. The breakfast was also lacking. We arrived an hour into the breakfast and the hot items were gone. We’re told that due to spring break, they were running out of things. Just didn’t feel we got the experience we should have gotten for the price we paid."

"Very clean, wonderful staff, plenty of free parking, all the amenities you could need, hot shower great water pressure, including full breakfast but most of the rooms are not as updated as the pictures. Very old carpet, stained cloth chairs, & loud AC unit could hardly keep up. The bathroom was clean & worked well but just felt dingy because of all the stains, rust & old fixtures."

"We loved the cozy atmosphere of this hotel. Warm cookies were served at night and the staff was so friendly. It felt like coming home when we walked through the front doors. Everything was clean and even though it is an older hotel, it had a lovely unique charm. The ocean was visible from one point when we stood on the pool deck but it was so easy to walk to a path above the ocean in 5 minutes. The cliff views were spectacular. Parking was a breeze at the hotel. We would love to stay here again."

"The first room I was in had cockroaches in it. Then the staff was extremely rude and not at all helpful and trying to make things right they sent me to a different room which again I had a problem in considering the shower, didn’t work. I asked to be called for the room and was told there’s nothing they could do oh not to mention the room that they sent me to for the second room was not only a downgrade for my original room, but smaller and again the broken shower."

"Room was great size, comfy bed, oversized plush pillows. LOVED the shower head, great height and pressure (from a tall guy). Breakfast was a bit disappointing; very limited and lacking hot items. Gym was mediocre as well. But the staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Would stay here again in a second. "
