"Our room was located next to the outdoor AC units, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the constant noise. The bathroom also had a noticeable sewer odor. However, the staff truly made up for these issues. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, helpful and kind. Their excellent customer service was the highlight of our stay, and the hotel is fortunate to have such a dedicated team"

"We booked this for the location and it was great. I was unsure about getting into Arches in the morning in a timely fashion since there are no reservations now-the last time we went to Arches, there were reservations and there were a million people. This time was so much better but I think it's because we chose a different time of year. The hotel was quiet, the beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed."

"Hotel is a few miles from the center of Moab. Rooms are fairly nice but only one chair in the room for sitting. Pillows on bed are terrible, too soft and squishy making it difficult to watch tv in bed. Cable tv kept acting up, shows would freeze every once in a while. Roomy bathroom, just wish they would put a few hooks on the walls for wet towels and bathing suits. Also, bathroom door (a sliding barn door) would never stay closed."
