"Room was dirty and there were stains on the sheets. Requested to have room changed right away and was given another room with stains on sheets. Immediately asked to cancel my reservations and be refunded, which took them several days. Do not stay at this place!"

"Location was great. Moab seems to be a hopping town, and there were lots of families and tourists on the main street, even around twilight. This hotel was just 1/2 block off the main road, and very walkable. Lots of restaurants and little shops."

"I stayed here with my husband and infant… there was limited options for hotels as it was Memorial Day weekend. It is very closely located to the road and therefore has heavy noise traffic. Also, if you’re looking to go out to eat or shopping, you will need to drive. It is not within close proximity to things. We also had no carbon monoxide monitor in our room. It had been removed from the wall. There was also no Physical staff on site to request more hand towels, etc. Limited amenities."

"I loved everything about this hotel!!! our room was in immaculate condition, and all amenities were met. It also had a beautiful clean pool that I got to take my infinite in… Ths gym space was small and the continental breakfast was very bare, but overall an amazing place!! they also have the most immaculate outside patio section, which is nice to catch a drink or dinner!! conveniently located near many shops and restaurants in the area"
