Room was clean and have everything one would need. Amenities and services were adequate and convenient. Nothing to complain about. Bed is on the hard side but is a matter of preference.

Kotohira Onsen Onyado Shikishimakan
Incredible experience! We are a family of 4 with kids ages 10 and 5. Everyone loved their stay! The food was incredible and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The onsen facilities were fantastic. The location was also perfect and the service was impeccable. We would recommend to anyone.

Kotohira Park Hotel
Room was very clean and toiletries are readily available. Clean towels are changed daily when requested.Despite the language barrier staff tried their best to help. Kudos to all your staff. We will definitely stay here again and would refer friends and families to do the same. Thank you very much ...

大人4人、幼児3人で泊まりましたが、お家が大変広くのびのび過ごせました。キッズスペースもあり、子供は夜遅くまでテンション爆上がりでした。 ただ、なん家族も泊まる可能性が大きいのに、駐車スペースが一台のみなので、近隣駐車場に停めにいかかなくてはならず、不便でした。
