Não pega sinal de celular e fiquei refém do sinal wi-fi do hotel, que em muitos momentos do dia não dava conta. Tive de sair do hotel e ir até um local para realizar meus atendimentos em dois dias de minha hospedagem.

Péssima experiência

O quarto estava muito sujo, havia sido feito alguma instalação e não foi feita limpeza após, tinha um fino marrom no banheiro , e no chão do quarto. Comuniquei sobre a sujeira, levei até a recepção um papel q limpei a pia para mostrar o estado, e sai para meu compromisso, se comprometeram de limpar e nao limparam !! Sai do hotel as 5:30, o café da manhã é as 6:00, ja estavam montando a mesa, ja tinham algumas coisas pra comer, pedi pra tomar antes com oq tinha mesmo , pois em outros hotéis q estive isso é super comum, mas o rapaz disse q so tinha café da máquina, sendo que ja tinha bolo e pão exposto que eu vi… mas como o horário é somente às 6:00, era uma questão de bom senso dele e nao uma obrigação. Mas ressalto que tds hotéis q estive e precisei sair antes, deixaram numa boa ja tomar o café com oq ja estavam montando !! O atendimento na recepção demorou muito, fiquei parada uns 10 min pelo menos esperando para ser atendida, mas a moça nos tratou bem. Não sabia que tinha como incluir fotos na avaliação, é uma pena se não mostraria a sujeira do quarto!

Só elogios para um hotel que não mediu esforços.

Estadia de uma noite durante uma viagem. Fomos com nosso pet de 32kg, onde foi bem recebido. O recepcionista nos recebeu e orientou como deveriamos usar as dependentes do hotel referente ao nosso pet. Ele foi muito atencioso e respeitoso. Só posso agradecer, parabenizar e indicar o hotel. E pessoas como a gente que cada dia mais viaja em cia dos seus peludos, sejam eles de pequeno ou medio porte, precisam de hoteis ( pet friendly) como esse que nos recebe sem qq tipo de restrição. Obrigado Ibis Muriaé por nos receber tão bem.
