「The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. 「We loved this apartment!!! It is well designed and spacious with very comfortable furnishings. However, it is hard to find if you arrive at night. So take note! If you see a Tuli Travel Center, turn around and enter through the archway on the other side of the street. If you see a PizzaNovell store, enter the archway to the right and walk towards the other side, the apartment is on the right. 」

「The bath tubs are too high and it is dangerous for us to climb in and out of it, especially when it is slippery! Second, there should be 2 bottles of water when 2 persons are sharing the room. The location is excellent with a good view of the old town!」
