The hotel is beautiful and calm, the staff are helpful and it is convenient to get to it, a water taxi station is about 4 min walk and the hotel has its own water taxi drop off for private transportation.

Helpful and friendly staff, fully focused on the customer really makes a difference. Although the hotel is not in Venice per se, the distance and travel time is compensated by nice facilities and amazing and caring staff that is customer focused.

This was a jewel on Murano! Absolutely fabulous property from the friendly welcoming staff the moment we walked, the spa, the restaurant the rooms, everything was magnificent! Highly recommend this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. However we requested a steamer because we needed to steam out our clothes before a photoshoot we were having. The first steamer didn’t work at all, wouldn’t even turn on, so we requested another. The second one also did not work. So we requested an iron, and that did not work either. By this time we didnt even have enough time to address the issue because we needed to go to our photoshoot and our clothes were wrinkled for it.

I can not fault this place! Clean, tidy, beautiful location (it is a 20 minute walk to the 20 minute walk to the water bus to Venice which then is 20 minutes) but would not change anything, the MOST amazing thing was the staff, if they make feel as half special as me and my mum you'll love it! Things I'd recommend 3 day water bus pass €45 for 72 hours which even got us to Burano from the stop a 10 minute walk away, I'd also suggest even if just for your trip home the water bus for €8 and 30 minutes away from Musou stop (they start at 8:11am) or the ones from the main stop (sorry I can't remember it's name start at 4:20am) I was with my 76 year old mum and as active as she is, she's not as agile so the water taxi's were not that easy

Absolutely stunning modern hotel. The front desk staff were warm and inviting and so helpful in planning our stay. The breakfast was delicious with so many options and beautifully displayed.

We had lovely time here. Staff were very friendly and our room was very nice. It had all facilities we needed. I like the serenity of Murano while it is also very easy to get to the main island.

We really enjoyed the quiet luxury of the NH Hotel, the serene, tasteful, modern design and spacious indoor and outdoor guest areas, the comfortable room and the thoughtful, attentive customer service. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the hotel arranged for a band to perform during the cocktail hour one evening that added greatly to the fun. A special thanks to three staff members who went above and beyond in ensuring we felt welcomed Matteo, Patryvja and Gianmarco. Murano is an ideal location and the hotel the perfect respite from the busyness of Venice. We hope to stay again.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The staff were friendly and the room was cosy with a nice, comfortable bed. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent but the portions were quite small. The hotel is just 3 minutes from the Murano Navagero water bus station that takes you to Venice within 15 minutes. We would like to stay again at this hotel in the future.

The front desk was horrible. They were rude to us. They made comments about other guest which wasn’t appropriate. They need better customer service training. I blame mgt for not training staff because it’s start there

The hotel is beautiful, modern. The only thing I wish that the hotel can do better is to give us a detailed description on how to get to hotel by water bus. We took 4.1 water bus from train station as the hotel suggested , however we got off the water bus at the very first stop of Murano. We had to drag four suitcases over uneven road to hotel , plus carry suitcases over two bridges. We are in shape to do these, what if some older people do this ? The hotel can simply give us the name of stop in the suggestion to avoid it, but they didn’t. Overall we love the hotel , and wish they can do better to help guest to get to easier as most of guest come to Venice in the first time.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property. After a long flight we arrived to our hotel about 4 hours early and were greeted by Elisabetta. She was wonderful and helped us check in and get our room much earlier then expected. Throughout our stay we also had a great experience with two lovely ladies in the front, Alessia and Sabrina were super friendly and helpful with any questions i had, excellent customer service by both. Also, had a great experience in the breakfast room, food is great and the service by Alina was great. Overall great hotel, clean and modern. I also enjoyed that this hotel was in murano, which is much quieter than Venice.

Our stay was amazing and the property is beautiful. Very easy to get to and from Venice using the water taxis, and Elisabetta answered all our questions prior to arrival. Mateo at the front desk was also super friendly and gave excellent recommendations in Murano and Venice. 10/10 would recommend!

Pros: *Sewing kit not advertized *Three bed pillows of varying firmness *Very friendly staff *Blackout curtains in room *Very good water pressure in the shower (if you shower on off-hours). Regular water pressure in the morning. Cons: *Air conditioner only goes down to 19°C and periodically resets itself to 22°C *The bed only has a duvet which is soft but very warm (not conducive to sleep at 22°C (even if you set the AC to 19°C it will eventually change to 22°C during the night)). No thinner alternatives available *King bed is two twin beds together with a king sheet, you can feel the ridges on the mattresses in the middle, they also had an least a centemerer difference in height Notes: *Breakfast is buffet and there is a great variety of delicious food. Highly recommend breakfast at least one morning *Blowdrier in bathroom not advertised *Photos of room selection included a bathtub, our room had a walk in shower instead (preferable difference for us). Door into shower was roughly 50cm *TV is not smart TV, Italian channels only *Interney is available but slow (~500kbps)

Overall very nice hotel, transportation could be a little challenging since it’s Venice. Had a bad experience at dinner in hotel’s restaurant, waited about 2 hours for our food to arrive on a pretty slow Saturday night. Maybe they were short staffed, but the food were ok, good portions. We had a good experience.

I loved 1 particular bartender, he made us feel so comfortable and welcoming, he helped us even in our room. I’m so sorry I forgot his name. But he spoke at least 4 languages he is definitely the star of NH and deserves a raise. He made such a great cocktail for me.
