「The good: The villas are beautiful. Very comfortable. The bad: 1) Like many resorts, Natalie's is a taxi ride away from any services. Unlike many resorts in this situation, it doesn't offer food options outside of breakfast and dinner. We arrived at 1pm and asked to have lunch at the restaurant. We were told that wasn't possible. 2) We were looking forward to a nice relaxing swim in the pool after lunch, but when we returned the pool was packed with loud kids. 「We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the room had poor seals on all doors and windows and on a cold few days it was difficult to stay warm. The bath plug didn’t work and so we couldn’t have a bath, on top of which the hot water was not flowing and turned cold within 5 minutes When it’s cold here there’s nothing to do in the room as there is no tv. On top of which the spa is substandard. Breakfast was minimal but good. 」
