"Walk from airport to hotel is about 5 min after you exit the building. The breakfast buffet offered good variety. Check in counter reception wasn’t really able to answer my question about stored luggage until I asked to speak to their manager who helped to solve my question. "
"There were always not enough bath towels for the four of us. There was one day the staff failed to help clean up the room and clear the rubbish despite our request. There was also security issue as another stayer could open our room (with us inside all startled) with a spare key card she obtained from the reception. "
"Free hotel shuttle service between airport and hotel is good for transit travellers who don’t want to bother public transportation. It will be better if the hotel shuttle is bigger in size. "
