Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. "Stayed in a VIP cottage, well worth it. Includes linen and towels. Cottage is well equiped with a nice kitchen and your own sauna which we used daily. Swimming pool and other amenities are great. Check in and out procedure was smooth, literally less than a minute. Highly recommend for families with children"
