「Great location in Amsterdam. The host was an excellent communicator, was very welcoming and gave us lots of helpful travel advice for Amsterdam. There are steep stairs, but that is only a problem if you have mobility issues or large luggage. We would definitely stay there again.」

「Johannes was a wonderful host. We enjoyed our conversations with him when we arrived and when we departed. He was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. He gave good recommendations for restaurants that we could walk to and what to do in the area. The neighborhood was quaint and peaceful. Our room was inviting, so clean, cheery, cozy, and comfortable. If in the area again we would stay at Johannes’ place.」

This was my first time staying in this part of Amsterdam and I can recommend Amsterdam4holiday as a comfortable place to return to during a business trip or a great central hub if you are wanting to tour this great city. 「Paul and Karen are very friendly, the place is super clean, they have cleaning service everyday. The location is not bad, it's in the middle between city and airport, you can walk 5-7 mins to take tram to the city, and when you are leaving to the airport by uber it's very fast like half an hour. There's a pantry where you can make coffee tea anytime, fridge, cereals and they even leave small cakes for you! Really sweet gesture :) We stayed in the garden room, where you can see the nice cute...

"The house keeping is terrible! I think they don’t really follow room check out status to perform cleaning. The staff just open my door at 06:30am for house keeping. I feel unsafe and strange. Even I already be their gold member I still need to wait over 20 mins to checkout at 10:30am, definitely not because of busy traffic, but only one counter is open, the great thing with this hotel is the location and parking offer. However it definitely strange to have someone break into my room at 06:30am and knock my door again at 10:00am which official check out time said to be 12:00pm"
